Founded in 2012 by Senior Pastor Apostle Karen Mitchell, Total Man Ministries is dedicated to nurturing a vibrant community of faith in Columbus, Ohio. With over 31 years of evangelistic experience, Apostle Karen has passionately led our ministry for the past decade, guiding us with her motto, "Give God everything and He will give you everything back." At Total Man Ministries, we are committed to living out the teachings of Jesus Christ, empowering individuals to grow spiritually, serve others, and make a positive impact in their communities.

Founder and Senior Pastor, Total Man Ministries
Known as the PUSH Pastor, Apostle Karen Mitchell is passionate about helping people move from their “now” to their “next.” With over 31 years of evangelistic experience, she has dedicated her life to guiding others in discovering their spiritual gifts and callings, equipping them to fulfill the Great Commission of Matthew 28:19: “Go therefore and make disciples.”

In 2012, Pastor Karen founded Total Man Ministries, a Christ-centered church in Columbus, Ohio, committed to leading people to wholeness in Christ—mind, body, and soul. For over a decade, she has nurtured a vibrant faith community, empowering individuals to walk in their God-given purpose through biblical teaching, prophetic insight, and deliverance ministry.

Apostle Karen’s ministry extends far beyond the walls of the church. As a prophetic voice and deliverance minister, she travels nationwide, speaking at churches and faith-based women’s conferences, where she boldly calls for repentance, inspires transformation, and leads countless lives toward freedom in Christ.
